Frith has worked across a broad range of issues including Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Suicide Prevention, Bereavement and Grief support. Frith uses cognitive behavioural psychotherapies such as Person Centred and Solution Focused approaches Frith is trained in imaginal Exposure Therapy assisting people break cycles of anxiety and trauma. Frith has worked in Schools and experienced in wellbeing programs.
Frith has a welcoming, non-judgemental approach and embraces a Christian perspective which upholds people as created beings, unique with intrinsic value to a loving God. Frith has years of experience working as a counsellor and incorporating Christian values in her counselling approach.

Anna has worked as a counsellor since 2008 and as a psychologist since 2014. Anna has experience in a range of settings and has worked in a variety of community organisations. Such areas include, public mental health agencies in vocational rehabilitation and counselling programs, in a primary school setting providing individual counselling and assessment to children aged 5 to 13 years of age. Anna has worked in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) counselling within community agencies. Anna has worked in crisis services, crisis intervention and has also been involved in research projects and publications on Family Violence and violence against women. Anna has worked with individuals across the lifespan including children, adults, and elderly. Anna co-facilitated support groups in psychiatric hospital settings and has completed a variety of training programs including peer to peer support de briefing, stress management, crisis and suicide intervention and prevention workshops.

Vanessa has provided support, training, debriefing and supervision with extensive experience in the crisis mental health field and EAP. Vanessa has developed and delivered mental health training programs in schools and in health organisations.
