Who you’ll be sitting with

We go at whatever pace the work needs. You’ll see me each time, so you never have to start the story again.

I’m Vanessa Del Valle, and Wellness & Co. is my practice. I see my own clients and I supervise counsellors, and that is the whole of it. I handed a larger team over to a colleague so I could get back to the work I care about most.

I work with individuals, couples and families. If you want your faith to be part of the work, we can do that. If you would rather leave it out, that is just as normal here, and the counselling itself is the same either way.

Sessions are in Caroline Springs or online.

Counselling services

Pick whichever is closest to what is going on. If none of them quite fit, send an enquiry and tell me in your own words.

Relationships and family

For the same recurring fight, or a relationship that has gone quiet.

For families stuck in the same argument, with someone who is not taking sides.

Support through a separation, whichever side of the decision you are on.

Support for each family member, starting with a practical safety plan.

Confidential support after violence or coercive control. Safety first.

Trauma, grief and anger

Work at your own pace. Stability first, then the difficult material.

Structured therapy that takes the charge out of distressing memories.

Room to talk about the person you lost and what daily life looks like now.

Spot the build-up early and do something different with it.

Individual support

Anxiety, motherhood, self-worth, and the load of carrying several at once.

Anger, separation, work stress and low mood, handled directly.

Deadlines, anxiety and burnout, with sessions around your timetable.

Counselling that takes your faith seriously alongside the clinical work.

Kind words are like honey, sweet to the spirit and healing to the body.

How it works

Three steps from first contact to sitting down.

1

Book a time

Choose a slot through the online booking system, or send an enquiry first if you would rather talk it through before committing.

2

Your first session

We work out what is going on and what you want to be different. You can talk about anything, and you can leave anything for later.

3

Ongoing sessions

Weekly or fortnightly, for as long as it is useful. You decide the pace, and you can stop whenever you want to.
