Choose the kind of session you need and pick a time that suits you. Sessions run in the Caroline Springs rooms or online, and you can book directly without a referral.
Pick the option that fits. Each one opens the live calendar, so the times you see are the times that are actually free.
For counsellors working towards registration, and for practitioners who want a considered second opinion.

An intake form before the first session, so the first hour is not spent on paperwork. Client forms.
We work out what is going on and what you want to be different. You set the pace from there, and you can stop whenever you want.
I am Vanessa Del Valle, and Wellness & Co. is my practice. I see my own clients and I supervise other counsellors. You will see me each time, so you never have to start the story again.
